"Be Warned to DOUBLE CHECK your order if you use the drive-thru! I've been a couple of times over the past couple of weeks. I've purchased a meal with an extra burger. Just to get home and a burger is missing. The last thing I want to do after working a 16-hour shift is to drive back and ask for my missing burger. Yes, the food is delicious if you actually get what you ordered. What happens to the missing food items? Do the staff eat it since it's already been paid for?"
"As often happens at fast food establishments, items are regularly missing from orders, especially when ordering the super stunner. I always take my time to check regardless of how busy they might be."
"At 3.30pm with no one else in the store you'd expect 1 of the many staff doing not much would clear and clean the tables and sweep and mop the floors. I was the only person that ordered inside the whole time I was there, the drive thru wasnt overly busy either I cleaned my own table so I could sit and eat. The place was pretty off tbh, there were a couple of (staff's) kids mucking about spilling drinks which created a slip hazard as well. One of the staff came out presumably for a break, she kicked back at a dirty table with her feet up on the opposite seat, using her phone. Theres no way you couldn't notice the mess and the over flowing bins but nothing was said or done. I took my rubbish outside to an empty bin. Just terrible. First and last visit there. I'll go to Macca's next time."
"I am just not sure if its just a coincidence or all the time that I will always get asked to park my car even though I place an App or or online pick up. And, the wait will be over 10mins for sure! Not so happy about this. Besides, this everything else is fine, food is good and service is also great."
