Everyone standing around, had to wait for a crew member (which ended up being a manager), not only was it disgusting but the attitude of that manager was appalling and unprofessional. Not only, was she rude, no eye contact, and made the excuse that the coffee machine is undergoing monthly maintenance? Which I find very interesting, since I know it isn’t true. Maybe consider training your crew to be a little bit more proactive and teach them to be nice. You shouldn’t even call your restaurant a place of business? I wouldn’t even bring my own dog to this establishment. If I had it my way, I would give the store no stars, not even worth anything above a zero."
"Slowest hungry jacks I’ve ever been too. 24 people waiting around for their order inside the restaurant whilst staff just chitchatting out the back. Definitely won’t be going back there"
"Very disappointing no service the staff don’t want to work. Bins full tables need cleaning and clearing. Won’t stop here again. More staff out the back wandering around lost no customer service we left starving went onto Geelong for Red Rooster. Definitely need more training here or a better shift manager."
