Reviews
"We have had both the flathead and flake options at Hooked on Bellerive and they are both very tasty. The chips are quite enjoyable too, although I must admit that the portion size seems a bit excessive. The accompanying salad was delicious. The service provided by the gentleman attending to us was exceptionally generous, as he went above and beyond by adding extra seafood and condiments to our order."
"A great little cafe in a beautiful location on the water. Good coffee and excellent cakes!! The service was very friendly and efficient. Great place for a Saturday morning coffee and a lovely place to relax on the waterfront. The cake and coffee combo is good value for $10."
"I would like to write a good review however the last twice I have visited this establishment I couldn’t get anything gluten free except chips. In the past I have been able to get g/f but not so with current owners. I could however just have the coffee at $7 per cup whilst the other 6 people in my group got coffee and a choice of many cakes for $10. We are walking the area again on Monday however our group of 8 will by pass your business because you can’t even supply anything G/f it even a biscuit. It’s time you realised that dietary requirements are not a whim for some people and you are not only missing out on the one g/f person but 7 others who would spend at least $70.00. A not so happy past customer. You don’t have to have a large selection just one item would be sufficient. Further to your reply gluten free. Gluten free for some people like me is not a trend but a necessity. Believe me it’s not a trend. Also my group is not happy to return and will go elsewhere so we can all enjoy food together. I wouldn’t have minded but $7 for an very average coffee was a bit over the top."
"Good value coffee and cake deal for 10 bucks. The white choc and choc hazelnut we picked were on the very dense side. It is fine beside the hard texture. Great view. Platform rocks with wave a bit so that is interesting experience. Would be nicer if they offer some hot breakfast."
