As an establishment that focuses on health and fitness, we are not just your average gym. We are part of Ocean Grove Park Inc., a community-funded park that is dedicated to providing a space for everyone in our community to enjoy.

From slides and swings to a spinning top, flying fox, sit-up bench, parallel bars, and chin-up bars, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

We are proud to be a community-driven institution, and several times a year, we hold fundraising events both on and off the park to support park maintenance and the purchase of new infrastructure. The Tranquility Fair, an annual event that has been running for 20 years, is one of our main fundraising events, along with two Car Boot Sales. These events bring our community together and provide an opportunity for everyone to contribute to the upkeep of our beloved park.

Our park is not just a place for recreation; it is also a haven for nature. We value and protect our natural environment, recognizing its importance in the heart of Ocean Grove. Spanning over 2.45 hectares, the park is maintained and managed by Ocean Grove Park Inc. and owned by the Trust for Nature. The Association initially raised funds to help the Trust for Nature purchase the park, saving it from urban development. The National Trust of Australia has even recognized the entire park as being of "State Significance" for its landscape and flora values. In fact, our park is home to the threatened Bellarine Peninsula Yellow Gum and provides habitat for around 45 species of native woodland birds.

At Ocean Grove Park Outdoor Gym, we not only offer a space for fitness enthusiasts but also encourage community involvement. A dedicated group of volunteers helps raise funds and assists with park maintenance through working bees. We are incredibly grateful for their efforts, but we are always on the lookout for more volunteers to join our community association.
