"Hi peeps, I went to renew my firearms licence (Primary Producer) at Drysdale Post Office, for the record I own 60 acres of farming land. Firstly the customer service lady have you paid the bill? it says nil on said bill(I'm thinking you have one job, it says NIL) Wow and then it started. She said what do you produce? I said beef cattle, canola, wheat and barley. Lady's in the background are 'saying vegan, wooh', lady taking my photo says 'beef is so non environmentally friendly, and is not got for the environment', I said do you realise how much beef are in the products you buy and have you set 10 acres aside for river red gums and natural vegetation to grow naturally and bees and birds to have habitat to live? From then on look at camera, complete silence from behind desk. If you you are a primary producer with a firearms licence go to Drysdale and explain to this staff member how important your role is. For the record I was at Pt Lillias protesting against the toxic waste being dumped from Coode Island, and protesting against Alcoa dumping toxic waste in Geelong. On both occasions I have not met this lady there."
"Absolutely terrible customer service. I have now called 5 times with no answer. Also got a notification that they attempted a delivery but had no knock at the door. This isn’t the first time. When spoke to someone on the phone all he could say is that it’s not my issue. I can’t do anything about it."
"Frequent sender and receiver of parcels at this establishment and I literally didn't have a problem with any of it until recently when the older lady with glasses and short brown hair who works there started giving me a hard time for no reason. A package I was sending off containing a reply paid postage label and she tried to charge me to send it off. I pointed out that it was reply paid and she said very rudely "Well then why did you ask regular postage?" to which I said I didn't, she mumbled what I thought was "reply paid postage" and I confirmed that. Every time since then in which I've been unfortunate enough to be served by her, she has spoken to me rudely and tried to make me feel stupid. I implore the manager of this establishment to please talk to her about customer service. This is not on. I love this post office. I am a local and frequent shopper, but now I dread every time I have to send something off as to whether or not I'm going to scolded for asking questions or doing something wrong."
"Probably the rudest person I've encountered at a Post Office. Most employees there provide good reliable service, but when I'm confronted with this particular person, I know there's always going to be a problem. And again today there was a problem when I could not send my parcel. I drove to the next post office and had no trouble at all as usual. I think it's time the manager pulled her aside and has a good talk to her about what customer service is because it's obvious she's had no training."
"Always had excellent customer service. In the past I've had many deliveries to pick up here and there has never been an issue. Even if there is a bit of a line the staff are really efficient and get through everyone swiftly. Compared to the Leopold Post Office Drysdale is so much better."
