"BE WARY OF EXTORTION ATTEMPTS: I have been using these guys for a while to supply baskets. I accidentally entered the incorrect post code for the delivery. No one contacted me to confirm the correct postcode when they were unable to deliver. There freight company returned the order to them and then they emailed me asking for $645.44 to resend the order. The baskets cost $391 and the original freight was $136. I can't afford to pay an additional $654.44 for this order and have requested they review it. They ignored this request. I have since requested a refund and now they have ignored my last 4 emails following up on the refund request. Very poor customer service. I hope you don't get your post code wrong and they see it as an opportunity to extort money from you too. I am still waiting for a refund and a reply to my requests."
