"I was a patient at this clinic up until September last year. I had an amazing doctor DR gauden until she left in August, her alone I would give her 5 stars. But the experience I received after she left was appalling. I was referred to see a doctor at the practice. I saw this doctor once and once was enough the attitude of this doctor was appalling and quite rude Actually. after that one appointment I decided to look for a new practice I was successful in finding one, but unfortunately there was a wait for new patients. So I ended up having a telly health appointment with the doctor I was referred to at this clinic as I had been in hospital. I called to get my HCG levels checked to make sure I wasn’t having a miscarriage the reason why I was in hospital and this doctor told me no, there is no need for it because if I was going to have a miscarriage, then there was nothing that could be done, and there was no point checking the HCG levels. It was not up to her to say no. It was something I had requested to put my mind at ease, so that if I knew I was going to have a miscarriage that it wouldn’t have not been such a shock but no this doctor was so rude. I would not recommend anybody to see Dr Sally Dunbar. Thank god I didn’t have a miscarriage and I now have a beautiful little boy who is four months old. No thanks to this doctor. If I was I only give this clinic a review for Dr Garden you would get 5 stars, but this clinic lost 3 stars because of the experience I experienced after she left."

"The facility and staff was all nice but funny story: I had a heart irregularity and went to see my GP there, I weighed 58kg and am 158cm tall, she said I was too fat for my size and that was the cause of it. Think of it now I felt like I should’ve filed a complaint at the spot. It’s been three years and now I feel comfortable sharing it here, just so you know"

"Really disappointing, recently have not been happy with the service at reception. My partner who has seen an older doctor there regularly post craniotomy (brain surgery to remove a tumour) had a seizure last week that landed him in emergency. I called and explained the situation, and that emergency had sent a letter to said doctor for follow up/correspondence only to be told the earliest time was 3 weeks away, and I proceeded to call early morning everyday leading up, with short snappy remarks like “nothing available today, I can’t help you… bye” and “we will call you bye”. No people skills, nor could any of the receptionists hold a conversation. Plus, I can near assure you that had my partners doctor known about this situation and the receptionist actually communicated it to him as per my request, he would’ve got him in earlier. Instead, they were dismissive and at the best of times very rude. My partner loves his old doctor, and will continue to see him as he is very good and thorough - but if you want service, don’t go here. Let’s hope they actually call, you can’t tell me that in a week not one person cancelled… seems odd to me!"
