"Mark from Woodstock highly recommended Cutek Extreme CD50 oil for my timber windows. And gave me samples and what not. I paid about $250 for 5l, which is not cheap and followed the instructions to the dot. My timber windows cracked last year and with all the rain, sills ended being mouldy. I pretty much ruined my windows worth $5000.- listening to these guys. I think, they get a commission from Cutek. Wouldn't recommend Woodstock to anyone. Just go to Bunnings, you will get better advice. It is so hard to find anyone, who knows what they are doing."

"Very disappointing result in the so called decking timber bought from Woodstock only weeks ago has cupped pulled out of the framework underneath and damaged the adjoining timberwork. Woodstock have not responded with any help after I spent $10,000.00 with them buying timber. They blame the design but the builders have done many decks the same way with the same spacing and have never seen such cupping and tenting up to 8cm high causing huge trip hazards even in times when it hasn't rained for weeks. That's many thousands of dollars down the drain. I would give these people a miss and buy your timber somewhere else."
