"We have been using Dogmovers since we both started in 2005-6. We highly recommend them and would not use anyone else. They have high standards, caring and competent drivers and provide an excellent service. David and Sierra are true animal lovers and go above and beyond when ever we have had a special need. They are simply the best and we would not put our animals in any one else's hands. They have transported many 100s of pets to and from our facilities. Thank you for all the care you give."
"Rang and talked to them about having a dog picked up and was told that it would be fine they just needed 48 hours notice to collect them. We proceeded to pay for the new dog and get all details from owner before booking. Ring up to book and get the most arrogant person on the phone telling us they can’t pick the dog up and don’t know when they will be going there unless we can get the dog to Brisbane. Better office staff would be a great start that actually talk to you like you’re a human and maybe some more training so people aren’t told two different stories and now have to take time off work to drive 18 hours to collect a dog. Not great movers if you can’t even get a dog collected."
"Absolutely disgraceful. My pup has arrived near on dead. He's now hanging on at the vet on a drip with the hope he will survive (extremely unlikely). A transport with no fans and no aircon for 3 days over 30+ is not acceptable. Further details on this, the dog has ended up with coccidia. I'm not blaming the carrier for this. However, transporting animals in these conditions is not acceptable. The dog was transported in a trailer with no airflow or adequate care, no aircon or fans. He was clearly unwell for many days and no one thought to check on him or get him seen. He vomited within 5 minutes of me and had blood stools. He looked severely unwell, any untrained person can see that. Have a good look at the terms of using this carrier and take note that in essence they take no liability for anything. The flashy vans is not a good reflection of what your animal will be travelling in. The number of phone calls today have fallen on deaf ears."
