"I’d been going to this practice almost 2 years for ongoing health issues and I’ve had 4 different doctors 3 of which left when I had just gotten comfortable with them. Then today I wasn’t aware of the billing change so I wanted to cancel my appointments and got spoken to in a rude way for it because it was 5 minutes over the time? Not sure why I would go into an appointment knowing I can’t pay it. No need for the rude communication and attitude because I couldn’t afford something. If you want to get shuffled around to different doctors then this is the place. I’m disappointed as I gave this practice a good try."

"Very poor customer service. I been there a week ago, and i am pretty regular client. I had to get my 2nd dose of hepB, i've got appointment at 240pm i arrived on time, called them i am here. They said wait in the car until they call me back (bc we had active cases). After half and hour still no call, i rang them and say i am still waiting. they said the nurse is busy so wait it won't be long. After half an hour again, i ran out of my patient, rang them again say i am WAITING FOR AN HOUR TO GET NIDDLE. finally they got me in but still i was waiting to get actual niddle from a nurse bc she needed to confirmed by my practitioner. So poor management. And the receptionist NEVER SAID SORRY. It was ridiculous. I felt VERY DISRESPECTFUL and also i felt like they ignore me and don't wanna deal with this issue. You lost one client and never come back. Also i'll tell others about your service."

"Had gallstones confirmed, doc sent me for a multitude of needless tests, liver specialist said "bloody ridiculous!! all this pain and all you need is your gallbladder out asap, next attack go to emergency" did as she said, had it removed and have been fine for 5 years, never again!!! ."

"The poorest customer service and uneducated healthcare I've ever experienced. I was in need of vaccines for an upcoming trip and I watched as the "doctor" wasted the time in my appt. looking up what the vaccines I requested (as recommend by US Gov) even were. For a 15 minute appointment as a US citizen they charge $75AUD...and $115AUD for going over the time limit. I could have saved myself from the appointment in altogether if they simply told me they didn't have the vaccines I was in need of. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.... they are greedy and helpless."
