"I went into the store this afternoon and was greeted by a young lady who was pleasant until I said that I would just like to look first and when I couldn't see what I was looking for, I went and asked for her assistance. She was less than helpful and really quite sarcastic. When I wasn't sure about purchasing as the items didn't look as good in real life as they did in the brochure , I said I would continue looking as I had just started. She got quite rude so I walked out of the store and across the mall to a competitor and made several purchases there. I would like to add that this young lady in Prouds was actually the Store Manager. I would have expected so much better from a manager."
