"Didn’t want to write a bad review but here I am. For clarification, I own the rwd LS1 sf5 forester. I Tried contacting numerous times to have parts collected that were left there from when my car was there getting an engine swap with no response. My car sat in his shop untouched for most of the year and a half it was there. And it only got done (wouldn’t even call it done in any shape or form) because I told him I was coming to pick up the car regardless of how much he’d done. Now I’ve had the time to look at my rebuilt engine I’ve found heaps of issues that would have resulted in a blown up engine if I had not of found them.."

"If you don’t want your car parted out and used as spare parts for his own customers after sitting there for years with ‘delays on parts and services’ just to have a rushed hack job done after threatening for refunds and fair trading run, run far away. "Never again 25k financial mistake. Car sat there for nearly 2 years untouched, to only have been half done in a rush effort to get the car out for “run in" Multiple used parts when charged for new, parts incorrect to invoice, a massive wait for nothing, but to receive half done job for “run in”. Turbo - used Injectors - not fitted, supplied parts when removing the car, clearly used Appeared to still have stock cams and not 272’s with supporting parts to suit. Turbo inlet was charged, looks to be the same one that was in the car when it was sent there. Broke down 3 weeks into the run-in period, few electrical component failures, old car, these things do happen… went back, car sat there for maybe 4 months barely touched, a terrible job on a “custom pipe” as described in the comments trying to sell this part, still had slight coolant leaks from the hoses, slight oil leak which was “apparently repaired” Multiple excuses behind the delays were used, the dyno not being available etc. after a few calls, this was definitely not the case and the car could’ve been done that week… if the rest of the job it had been returned for was completed, which is wasn’t. We ended up removing the car. Car was also held up to requiring hybrid shafts to go from the r180 diff I had supplied with the 6 speed version which I had paid for, after pulling apart the car, this diff is nowhere to be seen and I have no idea why I even paid big money for hybrid shafts as it looks to have retained the stock rear diff and driveshafts that the car entered the workshop with. So, where are these hybrid shafts that I had paid for and also where is the r180 diff that I had supplied? Upon parting this car out, on the re-installation of some parts, multiple different hose clamps were used on parts that had full matching clamp sets, kinked water hoses were found, multiple loose bolts/nuts were found. Don’t even waste your time taking this to fair trading as he didn’t turn up to either hearing date and also still hasn’t paid the money order issued by NCAT. Stay well away from this workshop, the man is a fraud, thief and a consistent liar."

"Ken explained how he could quiet down the cabin drone of the invidia exhaust in my forester. He removed the small resonator & tig welded in a much larger one & man, so much better now but still liniear. Would recommend these guys. Noel"
