"I wasn't initially excited for camp because of the experience the girls at my school had some years ago at this expedition, however I surprisingly enjoyed it. The camp was modified from the previous time for us, and so it was a lot easier and more enjoyable. The majority of the staff were nice (shout out to Steph who made our camp amazing). We only had one run in with a rude staff member! Overall we made some great memories :)"
"Absolutely not, could not shower for 5 days, I got rashes and mosquito bites all over my legs and when I asked for some cream they didn't have any. They also told me to stop whining. The experience is not worth it."
"When I went to the camp for the first day, it was alright but the second to third day wasn’t the best. Before leaving to do an activity, one of our camp buddies (who was white) had to do a number 2 and he took a seriously long time. Me and my two other camp buddies (Asian, Indian, and Scottish) were waiting for him. The camp leader that we were assigned to started scolding us and saying that it was our fault and after our camp buddy came out, he didn’t get a scolding. Some of the food is alright but they are not the best,"
"LEADERS R RACIST!!!! Students try their best in the challenges however the leaders push them to uncomfortable situations to the point where they are scared of them. They are bias towards a majority of students in their groups particularly the Asians. They also show favouritism towards those who are "naturally born leader" and are so shameless they don't even hide it."
"This was the campsite i went on for camp and it was completley miserable for everyone who went on it. Everywhere I walked I was swarmed with mosquitos. I wans't allowed to shower for 3 nights after surfing, canoeing, hiking and mountain bike riding. The tents we stayed in were very small for 3 people to sleep in and they were all filled with water(not water proof). We cooked our own food but one of the nights I was fed yellow broccile which basically means it is about to go moldey. In the activity groups all the leaders were nice excepts for a phew who we rude to us. They swore and was not supportive, When we went mountain biking the leader was not helping new riders learn and complained everytime we asked a question. We were walking on a hike and came across many dead animals such as lizards with no heads on and run over snakes! Honestly would never come to this campsite again becuase I had a horrible time!!!"
