For those who need to report a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT), please complete the Positive Result Registration form on the Queensland Government website at www.qld.gov.au/rat-positive.
Please note that our medical centre does not offer COVID-19 testing or issue Medical Clearance Certificates. For information regarding self-isolation rules, de-isolation, public health orders, or testing, we recommend visiting www.covid19.qld.gov.au.
To prioritize the health and safety of our patients and staff, it is mandatory to wear a mask while attending our centre. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this requirement.
At Springfield Medical & Dental Centre, we are committed to providing quality healthcare when you need it most. Please note that all patients, excluding those who are bulk-billed, are required to pay the full fee upfront. However, you can claim the Medicare rebate at the time of payment.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm.

"I had a great experience during my visit to Springfield Medical Centre. My doctor "Doctor Aznar was exceptionally kind and took the time to thoroughly discuss all of my health concerns. She provided me with all the information and care I needed. I was also pleased that I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The ladies at the front counter (imaging counter) were very accommodating and helpful when I inquired about my scan. Additionally, the staff who conducted my imaging were incredibly reassuring. I was quite nervous about the scan, but he put me at ease and assured me that everything would be fine. Overall, it was a positive and comforting experience, and I appreciate the excellent care I received at the Springfield Medical Centre."

I've seen a few other doctors when Dr Sharma was away and I'm always satisfied. The nurses in the treatment room are very professional and pleasant. "I've been attending this clinic for well over a decade and things have improved immensely! The customer service is fantastic and makes the whole visit a pleasant experience. Even though there is still some waiting for doctors, it's not as bad as it used to be. The nurses and QML people in the treatment room are awesome and have always been so attentive. More importantly Dr Olivia is wonderful. I only see her and have this entire time. She's super patient, compassionate and thorough. Also someone I enjoy conversing with.
