"We used these guys to move interstate. We have moved many times both interstate and international, these guy (Matt and James) they are the best we have used. Prompt, polite and competitive. As Matt says 'the only thing they leave behind are good memories '. Would we use their service again YES (but we are never moving again). Would we recommend them most definitely YES."

"do not use these almost 10 yrs ago i migrated to Au our belonging where left on Bernie Warf for almost 1 month before we even knew they had arrived, when we finally got our belonging the items had been changed from the original container to another there was so much stuff missing and damaged we put a claim in and sent all relevant paperwork and still no compensation for any of it they told us to replace the item and send receipts to the of which we did and still nothing as they packed the container everything had been logged. so they knew what we had it amounted to appx $10,000... we later found out the reason it had been stuck on the warf they had not paid there fees. as i say almost 10 yrs on and still nothing stay away from them"

"I've moved frequently (7 times in the last 6 years for example) and never used a removals company- hence my trepidation with this recent move from Adelaide to Toowoomba (Qld). From the outset, discussions with Dave were reassuring, and conversations with Fiona were comforting, then Brad turned up on the day... All I can say is "hats off to Brad!" He seemed to be teaching/training his offsider, Shane, and his manner was amazing to watch- he politely explained things to Shane, showed him how to do things, never was abusive, loud or vulgar; I helped bring my stuff out to the truck and was very impressed with how everything was wrapped & packed (as I've normally hired trucks and packed my own stuff). They had the stuff delivered 2,000 km & unloaded in 36 hours! Totally impressed!!! Will definitely call on the Dolphin mob for my next interstate move!!!"

"What a joke. 1 star is the minimum unfortunately. Poor communication. Bad...NO.... appalling service. A lot of my belongings were damaged/broken. I was left interstate with no bed for 9 days (due to poor communication) with a child until they finally decided to deliver- but, left some of my belongings mixed up with someone else's and dropped it off a week later. My belongings were stored before being delivered and they have pulled items to pieces leaving me to try and put things back together- items that are not easy to reconstruct. Invited a random guy off the street to help them unload without asking me if it was ok for a stray to enter my home. I have a very big lamp that is missing it's shade as they decided to pull it apart and leave it in Geelong and promised 2 different dates to bring it up and it hasn't arrived! It's been 3 weeks and they do not respond to emails or text messages. Will be looking to report them to whomever the overseer is of this industry cause this is absolute BULLSHIT. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS. And.. fyi.. they operate under Grovedale removals and Dolphin Removals. Avoid at all costs. I have just lodged a claim through QCAT (vic-vcat) to get compensation for damages and missing item."

"Do not use this company. The removal was booked and paid for weeks in advance and an hour before pick up Dolphin Removals rang me to ask if I knew anyone that wanted a couple of hours work because they only had one removalist available. Not being able to find anyone they were adamant that one person could move all the furniture in a 4 bedroom house all by themselves. In the end I helped load and unload. Not very professional."
