Reviews
"Very cute and has action scenes of the real brutality and day to day life of Hobart in days gone by! Also saw some interesting birds."
"I love this concept of trying to portrait the history of the town, its people and their settlement. I thoroughly enjoyed as if i was watching a short movie. Don’t forget to check out the information board with a question to find some people in the model. If possible, my recommendation in the future would be to upgrade it with some sound effects and live motion. This would make it more enjoyable."
"Great historical display, really impressed with the whole setup. It looks small at first but there's a lot going on as it's a miniature model of the early city, and there are information boards around too. Worth a visit not just if you're a tourist, but also if you're into Australian history or craft/models. Entry costs $17.50 from memory and there family passes available too. It's outdoors and free umbrellas are provided."
"Really lovely quaint village. Been here twice. Enjoyed some watercolour painting of the stone bridge. Very therapeutic. Enjoyed exploring the shops, crafts and Galleries. Bit odd seeing Highland cattle and silver fern souvenirs (?) Sad to witness shop lifting in a wonderful clothing shop off the main street. To that thieving young woman. Shame on you."
