"sorry i could not give them 1 star even the google does not allow me to post without any star they are the worst medical centre in Geelong my appointment was at 10:40 am ,i went there at 10:35 am and tell them sit with my 2 kids one is 4 yrs old another one is 2 yrs old. the appointment was for my kids. they started to play and the receptionist was very annoyed with my kids and asked very roughly to keep their voice down, there are more patient they might feel bad, noted that there was only one elderly couple waiting and they said to the receptionist that they are ok with that they have similar age grand kids. after 2 mins the receptionist again complain about my kids toys they were playing with. if the waiting time is 20 to 30 mins, if you to wait with your kids what will they do? are they adult like us to open a paper and will start to read? Noted that like other medical centre there was no toys, only few books i never face this type of behaviour before with kids. i will take this to next level. because its matter of kids, not only my kids they can do the same with others. or they can hang a poster not for kids this place. please do not visit, they are worst in customer service"
