Welcome to Mount Ousley Physical Culture Club, located in the beautiful Fairy Meadow of Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, we are proud to be a part of BJP Physical Culture, a beloved Australian sport that focuses on the physical and mental wellbeing of females of all ages.

At Mount Ousley Physical Culture Club, we believe that physie is not just a dance, but a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced performer, our physie lessons are designed to be fun and engaging for all levels of experience. Our members learn physical-based routines from a BJP choreographed syllabus that aims to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility.

Joining our club means becoming a part of a supportive community. Physie members have the opportunity to compete in competitions as individuals or as part of a team. We have been opening our arms to young girls, teenagers, and ladies from 3 years old to 70 years old since 1958. We embrace new members and provide them with guidance throughout their physie journey.

Our vision is to create a world where girls and women of all ages can be who they want to be through dance and movement, in an environment that embraces them unconditionally. Our mission is to be the most supportive and encouraging physie club, giving our members a sense of good health, connection, and belonging.

Throughout our history, Mount Ousley Physical Culture Club has been incredibly successful in all aspects of competition. We take pride in our ability to teach our members how to set personal and team goals, and we provide them with an inviting and structured environment to strive for those goals. We offer a fantastic array of events, displays, fundraising opportunities, and social occasions, culminating in our highly anticipated annual presentation celebration.
