"Up until today, I have only had good experiences and service from VPVH. But this morning I rang because my dog was in considerable discomfort and was told we cannot see her until Monday. No attempts at triage, no options offered. I understand that a practice can be at capacity, but to be dismissed with no options or exploration of the potential seriousness was very disappointing. Fortunately we found another vet who was caring and averted the more serious consequences that may have eventuated waiting until Monday.
