Situated on a large rural property surrounded by picturesque rolling hills and water views, Roaring Beach House is a true haven. It is conveniently located 70 minutes from Hobart, just 10 minutes from the closest town of Dover, and a four-minute walk from the stunning white sands and rolling waves of Big Roaring Beach. Considered the best beach in Southern Tasmania, it offers endless opportunities for swimming, bodyboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and even wildlife spotting. Dolphins, seals, and the occasional whale can be seen in the bay.

This family-friendly house provides plenty of outdoor space for children to burn off energy. They can bounce on the large trampoline, swing on the tire swing, or kick some goals on the mini soccer pitch. When they need a break, they can enjoy the comfortable lounge area, filled with games, books, and movies.

Roaring Beach House features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a comfy queen bed and ensuite bathroom, a kids' room with bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a queen-sized koala sofa bed and desk. The main bathroom offers a bath and shower, and there is also a separate laundry room for your convenience.

Evenings at Roaring Beach House are best spent around the fire pit, under the clear star-studded sky, while falling asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves. The light-filled open plan living space is a delight, with a chef's dream kitchen equipped with stone workbenches, an induction cooktop, and new stainless-steel cookware.
