"There was no concept of customer service here. Went there to pick up a product we needed urgently but were told there was no way to get it from the shelf behind them to our hands because the window shuts at 12. Asked them if we ordered it online and paid whether they could pick it for us from the shelf so we could "pick it up" there and then. But no, the window shuts at 12...... It was hilarious how we were reminded several times that normally they are so busy (while they were all sitting there doing nothing). So realizing it was all just too hard for them, we went down the road 10km to Lincoln Sentry and they were amazing at helping us. So if you need Blum products, you are better off not wasting your time here and going down to Lincoln Sentry instead."
