"This is a very busy centre. It is a very good idea to make a booking to chat with one of the consultants. If you do this when you arrive at Grand Plaza, you should be able to get a time that suits you before you leave. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They will do whatever they can to discuss options and ensure that you get the best deal possible for your budget and travel needs."
"Got turned away at the door because I didn't come in over an hour before closing. Was informed that unless I had a booking they refused to serve me because 'its busy' and it takes 'too long to make a booking'. Meanwhile there were customers lined up behind me and staff sitting there not with anyone. I already had the dates and everything lined up, all I was to do was to pay. Got told I could come back another day with a booking. Never mind that I drove half an hour to get there. Thanks a lot. Very disappointing for such a highly rated store. I hope the people behind me weren't treated so rudely."

I can tell that it’s exceptional because I spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to help my partner get back from overseas when multiple flights were cancelled, and the Flight Centre staff were the most helpful, informative and pleasant out of everyone I’d spoken to. The staff worked overtime to help find solutions and keep me informed. They were always friendly and patient, and took the time to help, even when dealing with so many different customers a day. Would definitely recommend having them by your side when travelling!"
