"Gorgeous place to enjoy sunshine and to swim."
"We visited on a hot summer Sunday and the place was packed. People parking randomly everywhere obscured some signs and tracks making it hard to navigate. Hopefully this post help others with their future visits. We drove following blue pools/swimming signage to a dead end. It had a toilet, separate camping area (fees apply), and shaded picnic table. Short walk to a water fall swimming hole. We followed the well worn goat track to the left of the picnic table to get there, only later becoming aware, the official signage and track to the blue pools was to the right of that picnic table. Turns out we just went to Nellies Glen from a different access point not blue pools after all. Nonetheless, Nellies Glen was a perfect location for the kids to swim and cool off. Will have to go back again when quiet and no cars blocking the signage or walking tracks to find the actual blue pools I guess."
"Great place but don't try parking anything like a mini van. Tight little car park. Pretty easy access on foot. Not so crowded as Nellies Glen. A goat track will lead you down to Nellie's Glen. Good place to spend an afternoon exploring the place."
"Expected a hike out to the pools. It was a simple 100 m walk to a ‘pool’. Track is very easy to walk to the small falls. Would recommend for kids."
"Took a drive out here with the kids on a rare weekend we were both off work. Such a nice place to go to and kick back for a while. Had a nice little camping area too. The water is bloody freezing, but so worth those few moments of ball shrinking coldness until your body gets used to it, then it’s just bliss. One of the nicest swimming holes I’ve been in yet."
