"I own a numerous amount of properties and have worked closely with different property managers in the past and I don't often write reviews. However my property in Geelong had the worst tenant that you could imaging and I need to share my experience. Without the wonderful and experienced property manager Vesna Najdovski, this tenant would be still living rent free in place. A big thank you Vesna for your professionalism, knowledge and understanding of how the system works, to assist me in finalizing the process of this mess !! You kept me constantly updated which goes along way and provided me with a successful outcome .... so a big thanks and it's much appreciated !!!!"

"Had the misfortune of having Hodges take over the "management" of the property I was renting in Lara after the previous agency folded. After having an absolutely smooth run for 3 years, I suddenly had a nightmare run. Absolutely no communication or follow up whatsoever. Nathan was incredibly unprofessional and uncommunicative. Simple issues turned into drawn out drama. After paying my rent myself into their trust account for 3 years, on time, every time, I was suddenly told that was no longer an option. I had to go with their direct debit option or pay cash weekly at their office. Suddenly rent was coming out on days it was not supposed to, amounts over or under what should come out. It was a complete shambles. And still, absolutely no communication, or resolution in sight. My once perfect rental ledger was now a litany of missed payments and a complete shambles. I couldn't handle it any longer. Even in this current rental environment I moved out to get away from having them manage the property I was renting. Even that was a nightmare. I couldn't get an answer as to when they would do the final inspection, no contact once it was done. I found out via text from the Bond Authority that it had been completed and approved (weeks later, and still haven't had my Bond released). I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to either tenants or property owners. Avoid at all costs. It's a headache you really don't need."
