"Kane & team were professional and friendly, nothing was an issue for them, they got in and completed a brand new concrete encased sewer and water connection in 2 days. We were so impressed with how tidy they left our yard and also the level of care for our neighbours lawn which they had to pull up and then replace. "Kane attended site punctually at the agreed time to attempt to use his jetting system to clear blocked stormwater drains. One proved to be too packed with dirt and gravel, and the vertical orientation of the pipe stopped the jet from lifting the material out. The other line was supposedly "blocked about 2m along the run, and the jet wasn't making any headway". After excavating, at the 2m mark was a 90 degree corner, but no blockage. The blockage was tree root ingress a further 3m down the line. Not very impressed by the effort on that second line... The $400 fee essentially purchased me the right to write this review and not much else."
