"If I could provide 0 stars, I would. I went here on Saturday, 15th July 2023, with a disability client. The client only wanted a beard trim. Upon arrival, the client was greeted by the owner or whoever. They didn't make eye contact with the client and stated I'm booked out today. I am not taking clients. The place was empty. We left and went to the barbershop in the precinct. They were friendly and provided a great service. We walked past this barber shop 20 minutes later to find the barber shop completely empty and the owner on his phone. It was a disappointing experience. The client felt judged by the owner due to his disability. I do not recommend you take clients to this barber shop, especially clients with a psychosocial disability. This barber shop appears to have a strict clientele and doesn't appear to like working with people with a disability."

"Went in thinking experience would be typical Barber shop of short blade cuts only. Josh was great. Took the time to talk about options and had quite a few suggestions. Even with cutting hair Josh was client focused and continually checked to make sure everything was going as ok. Definitely be back"
