Welcome to Little Groms Early Learning, Torquay's only boutique Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten. Located at 88 Geelong Road, our establishment offers the community a high-quality alternative early education and care service.

At Little Groms Early Learning, we are committed to taking a holistic approach towards your child's health and wellbeing. We believe in nourishing their little bodies, hearts, and minds within a nurturing and environmentally sustainable environment, where siblings can play and learn together.

We understand the importance of allowing children the time to "be and learn" at their own natural and individual pace, free from the pressures of time limits, tests, and unrealistic adult expectations. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where children can explore, discover, and develop their unique talents and abilities.

To ensure that families have a personalized experience, we encourage you to phone and make an appointment to visit our Centre for a show through. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our programs and share important information about your child/ren.

Before your child's first day, it is mandatory for all enrolment paperwork to be completed and received by the Centre. This ensures that we have all the necessary information to provide the best care for your child.

Upon enrolment, each child is offered orientation sessions. These sessions allow both the families and children to meet our dedicated educators, and for us to assess how your child is settling in. Based on their progress, we will communicate whether further orientation is required before commencing full-time care.

During the settling-in period, we encourage families to stay for as long as they need, providing a smooth transition for your child. When you are ready to leave, we encourage you to say "Goodbye" confidently, knowing that your child is in capable hands.

To provide additional comfort and familiarity, children are welcome to bring a comfort item from home. This allows them to have something secure and familiar to hold on to during their time at the Centre.

Finally, we emphasize the importance of communication. At the end of each day, we encourage you to take the time to speak with our educators about your child's settling-in process. This open dialogue ensures that we can address any concerns and make adjustments to better support your child's experience at Little Groms Early Learning.
