I have an appointment at 10:30 today and I arrived at 10:40am I always comes early and ALWAYS wait more than 15min to get my appointments. I had enough to wait and I came 10 min late not wait. Your receptionist was no options and tried to give me after 2pm? So I am asking now? Why I always wait for my appointment and why you guys no exemptions for 10min? When I there I can wait 10 mor more but if I am late not allowed be late? Have been coming more than 2 years? Very comic- Hope u can see my point"

"I have been going to this clinic for 2 years now and have never had an uncomfortable experience, however after today I don't feel comfortable returning. The lady who treated me was extremely rude and judgmental about my concerns, and made me feel uncomfortable with the treatment I was wishing to receive. I had also pre-paid my treatments, and was not told until after my appointment that I had to pay separately as my pre-payment could not be used because I couldn't get everything treated at once. This should have been told to me before the treatments began, as I thought my pre-payments were being used. The staff are generally really good here, but after my experience today I feel extremely uncomfortable going back and being exposed to such a judgemental environment."
