"Bad experience at this doctors, short story is had a baby 3 days prior to seeing Dr Mrs futune and booked baby’s first app which when I took him there Dr asked if I had registered him with Medicare yet which I hadn’t as midwives In hospital told me I didn’t need to for the first app and she rolled her eyes and was very rude. Later family health told me over the phone that I didn’t need to book baby into Medicare for first appointment so the Dr had no reason to roll eyes be rude etc. Called to let them know family health said baby doesn’t need to be registered before 7 day appointment and the Dr can see him which they then again said he needs to be registered so I asked politely to cancel appointment which the receptionist hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional, extremely rude and awkward staff and doctors. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Shame on Albion Park Rail Family Practice. A close friend of mine with a history of Ovarian cancer has begun showing symptoms she previously experienced when going through her cancer. She went to this doctor today with a notepad of symptoms after about a month of convincing, and firstly she was met with a rude receptionist. This was followed by her appointment where she requested to get a pap smear along with some other tests. The doctor didn’t listen to any of her symptoms and told her that’s just what women go through on a daily. The doctor gave her one blood test form which stated her only symptom was bloating. This of course wasn’t the case and she was left feeling un heard, discouraged and let down by the practice. I’ve never been one to write these sort of posts but I know my friend and she is not one to over think her symptoms. I am really disappointed in this practice as my friend has been going through these symptoms for months and finally had the courage and bravery to see a doctor given her medical history, only to leave with crushed spirits and no answers."

And then that she told me she couldn’t prescribe me a tablet that I have been having for 14 years She told me that she couldn’t be my doctor So this was a complete waste of my time and would not recommend this medical practice to anybody."
