"Saddest thing seeing what this bank has become, my mother was a bank manager for CBA years ago, the staff who use to work there were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What I experienced today was something you'd find at Centrelink. The two staff members on the front desk were frustrating to deal with, blunt and acted like they were counting down the minutes to knock off. The only saving grace was a worker who seemed to be working for CBA for a while, he was friendly and nice enough. If all the staff at CBA are wondering why their benches are closing down is because of situations like this, I want to go into the benches because I prefer the interaction then online but your poor attitude and lack of customer service makes me want to go above and beyond to do as much online so I don't have to deal with this again."

"The manager at this branch is the most rudest person I have ever encountered. I have dealt with this manager several times and each and every time he is just horrible. I have witnessed him also do this with elderly customers who are just needing some assistance. The branch needs to take action and not allow its customers to be treated or spoken to the way this manager interacts with the customers."
"Branch Manager Roland ( I think) denied to open an account for my retired father because he deemed that he will not use this account excessively! How come bank and branch manager decide what we do with our money since we are paying $5.00 account fees per month if we don't do over 2k transaction ? I went to Westpac and they opened the account with no issue. I will be making formal complaint and will move my mortgage and salary account to somewhere else ."
