"I would not deal with this business again if they were the last plumbing supply store on earth. As a non plumber, went into their store and asked for a rimless toilet. I was told by the lady behind the counter that "we don't stock those". Funny, there were three on display on the floor? I told her which one I liked the look of and she went out and got the boxes with no questions asked. When my plumber went to fit it off, the cistern was set up for the top inlet we had installed, but the cistern had no adapter to change from bottom to top inlet. When we went back to get the missing part, we are told, that's how that comes, the top inlet hole is just an addition? When asked why her staff member would not have asked me if I wanted to bottom or top inlet, she says, "oh, she retired last week". I'll be here to help you with your future purchases. She then charges me $71 for the part that should have been included in the first place. Takes no responsibility for her staff, their lack of training etc, just back luck for you. Do not buy of Burnetts!"
