"We ordered 2 breakfast burgers in store we were left waiting for 20 mins whilst we were ignored and other customers came in and got their order straight away ahead of us. Plus the drive through customers. I had to go to work and was there ordering before the others. We finally got our order after 25 mins which was disappointing and cold and my breakfast bun was squashed and dried out. When i approached a staff member I was told the delay and coldness of the food was because of the coffee staff who forgot us. Very disappointing. Shellharbour is a much better attentive store. You need to lift your game as I had to throw my meal in the bin. Horrible I will never go back to your store again."
"They do good food but I feel like they always miss the mark a little hence a star off. It's either coffee is burnt, burger doesn't have enough sauce on it, missing a hash brown, or I have to wait in the drive through bays for my food."
"Drive through have paid there is 7 cars waiting for orders. More cars than car parks. I've been waiting for ages and looks like they now don't know who owns what order. And they are still pumping cars through. Well as long as they get our cash I suppose who cares"
"I asked for mayo and they wouldn’t give it to me. They had no solution and were rude about it, my solution was “Heavy Mayo” on my Double Whopper but when the burger arrived had it just a normal amount so I went back to the counter and asked for more mayo. I said that it would be ok just to put it in a cup or on the side of my chips, they took my untouched burger and chips threw it in the bin and made me another burger. Unfortunately the second burger did not have heavy mayo either and was slapped together because I’m the bad guy here who is simply asking for mayo….. I didn’t complain about the state of the second burger…… I accepted that my food experience was not going to be fantastic and reluctantly ate what was in front of me."
"Usually order through the drive thru rather than stop and go inside. Ordering is easy as the menu is on display at the speaker box. Great food on the go. Love the amount of salt this store puts on their chips! Easy access to get back on the highway."
