"I was on a long car trip and the bike carrier tail light wiring broke. I could not leave town before it was fixed. Dave was able to fix it with only a one hour wait. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond with securing wiring with tape and zip ties so that wouldn’t come loose again. He could’ve charge me any amount but charged me a very reasonable amount and very kindly fitted me in first thing in the morning, despite having other jobs to do that day, so that I could be on my way safely, and legally first thing in the morning. I greatly appreciated his accommodating my urgent need."

"I wish I had read these reviews before I took my car in. They were well aware of what the fault was with my car as I had explained it to them and said it would need more than just a reset but rather than fix the problem they put a bandaid (did excactly what the NRMA road side service did just so I could drive there) on it charged me $198 and said if it happens again the part will need replacing. 2hrs later it happened again. I took it too another auto electrician and now I know my car will actually be repaired and I won't be overcharged and fobbed off as they can't be bothered to do the job."

"Good price on first contact, and they were helpful - but after that, they charged like wounded bulls, misdiagnosed my problem, cost me $500 and still not fixed. No concern on their part for my unnecessary outlay. Had to pay someone else to fix it. Not so helpful anymore. 'Find another auto-electrician' would definitely be my advice to anyone."

"Don’t go there, price is so expensive, they didn’t tell when I dropped the car and told them many times tell me the price before you start but they fixed the car after 2/3 days late and charged so expensive without asking before. If you go there they don’t tell you the price and charge at last moment whatever they want. PLEASE AWAY FROM D&M."
