"I had horrible back pain and excruciating spasms for 5 days when I finally gave in and booked an apppintment for 4pm yesterday. Shreya used a range of techniques and gave me exercises to do at home, and by the end of my appointment I could drive home pain-free. By dinner, I was honestly feeling 98% better. The next morning I am honestly feeling 1000% compared to yesterday and haven't had any painful spasms and can finally sit down without pain. I am convinced Shreya is magic, and have already recommended her to everyone I know. I cannot thank her enough, and if I could give a 10 star review, I would. My only regret is not seeing her sooner!"

He was thorough and efficient and regularly checked progress to make sure it was working effectively. The admin ladies were kind and always happy to help."
"Let me start by saying that my interactions with my physio Keely have been nothing by first class. Keely is passionate and knowledgeable. Thank you Keely. My gripe is with the poor communication with the administration team. Orion Family Physiotherapy reception attempt to contact me at 4.40pm the day prior to an 8am appointment. A voicemail is left on my phone advising me that I require an updated Medical Certificate prior to attending my appointment the following day at 8am otherwise I will have to reschedule. Contacted reception 7am day of appointment and advised that this only gets checked day prior and that I will have to reschedule. Brilliant for a shift worker!!!"
"I had dislocated my shoulder and booked in for Physio. I had no idea if it was minor or surgery level intervention. Enrique was my physio and he did a few tests and said I didn’t need scans or a GP, it was in his scope of practice to repair. I have been improving every week and feel really confident in his ability."
