At The Happy Groomer, every pet is treated with the same love and attention as if they were my own. Additionally, I provide a chamois, towel dry, cologne, cuddles, and a treat to make the experience enjoyable for your pet.

For dogs with specific grooming needs, I offer different packages to cater to their requirements. From a basic grooming service that includes ear cleaning and nail trimming, to a more comprehensive package that involves a full body trim and blow dry, I strive to meet the unique needs of each dog. However, please note that additional charges may apply for dogs with knotting, matted fur, or those that are difficult to groom. To determine the appropriate package for your dog, please refer to the "What size is my dog?" section on our website.

For dogs that shed excessively or have thick or double coats, I offer a special deshedding service using specially formulated shampoo. This process helps to remove excess hair and promote a healthier coat. Additionally, I provide a toothbrush for your fur baby, allowing you to maintain their dental hygiene.

As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of your dog, if fleas or ticks are found during the grooming process, we will automatically apply a flea rinse and charge accordingly. It is highly recommended to use regular tick treatments to prevent infestations.

At The Happy Groomer, we prioritize the use of high-quality products. Our shampoo and conditioners from Petway have been proudly Australian made and owned for over 30 years, ensuring the best care for your pet's coat.

Please be aware that certain breeds, such as Rottweilers, Labradors, Border Collies, German Shepherds, and Labradoodles, may require additional attention due to their coat type. Excessive mats or knots may incur an extra charge, and if necessary, we will carefully remove them to give your dog a fresh start.

We understand that some dogs may be difficult to groom, and we may not be able to complete the desired groom. However, we will make every effort to still make your fur baby look beautiful. Additional charges may apply for extended grooming time.

The safety of both the groomer and your pet is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse grooming or complete the groom of dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior. Charges may still apply in such cases.

Payment for our services is to be made at the end of the grooming session and can be done in cash or by credit card.

However, accidents can happen, and by booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and absolve The Happy Groomer and its groomer(s) from any responsibility involving injury, escape, damage, or disease during and after the grooming session.
