"This was my favourite place to take my dog for his grooming. Until yesterday we had a bad experience. My husband and my son picked my dog up after his grooming, they carried him from recepcion to the car and then when geting him in, they ealised he has poo on his paw and part of his body. They only asked to the staff for wipes to clean him up and not to bath him again instead. At the end whey got home had to bath him again, had shower themselves , wash their clothes and clean the car, as the poo was everywhere. I called the manager about the issue, she wouldn't even listen, she talked the whole time about the videos from the camaras she had as a proof they didn't do anything wrong. Really bad people skills ad didn't take the responsibility at all. It was really disappointed."

"I highly recommend Pawfect Place. I originally picked this place over other doggy day care places because of their indoor/outside play options but I keep coming back because the staff are so lovely, so much so I even love going there for drop offs and pick ups. My fur baby Pip loves going there, she loves chasing the cat around the house at home but it’s not the same as socialising with other dogs, they send me photos as proof of her enjoyment and it makes me appreciate taking the time to drive her there and she always sleeps well, when she gets home so I consider this place worth every cent. She’s only a puppy and I love knowing she is learning how to ‘dog’ from other dogs. Thank you Pawfect Place for caring so much and giving Pip a place to explore, learn and play."
"This place is amazing. I feel comfortable dropping my puppy Ruby off when we can't have a baby sitter at home. She gets so very excited as soon as I pull into the gate and can't wait to get inside. Lovely staff and the dog interaction is great for her social skills. Would highly recommend them. Thankyou to all the staff we have interacted with at The Pawfect Place you are all amazing"
