When it comes to loan repayments, your contract will state the minimum monthly repayment amount. However, you have the flexibility to arrange repayments on a weekly or fortnightly basis to suit your financial situation.

LVR, which stands for Loan to Value Ratio, is the amount of your loan divided by the valuation of your property, expressed as a percentage. We calculate your LVR at the time of loan approval, and it will not change during the life of your loan.

To provide transparency, we offer a comparison rate for a $150,000 secured loan over 25 years. Please note that this rate is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees, or loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate.
