"They have a good service, the thing is when I did my blood and urine test here I book a call appointment to them .That day I waiting to my call but they didn't call me so I'm the one call them the lady said "they call the wrong number after the doctor finish to his patient he will call me" so I wait half day it's kinda frustrating because I'm working I can't hold my phone .And still no call so I call them again the lady said again they will gonna call me back at the end of the day so I wait hole day because it's important to me to know my results. And they not call me at the end of the day I'm waiting for nothing this one are make me mad and sad worst experience"
"Totally recommend this clinic both my mum and dad have been going here for over 20 years seeing Dr Jacob as dad calls him and Dr mandy mossop (think that's how you spell it) the care and dedication to both my parents as been amazing especially in the last 2 yrs since my mum was diagnosed with mds (type of blood cancer) nothing is every to much for them always go out of there way including asking about me and the grandbabies. Dr Mandy I can't thank you enough for the care you provided mum through the years you truly are 1 in a million. Dr Jacob you are also fantastic and thank you for the care you have provided dad especially a couple weeks ago when he had to come see you just after mum passed you are amazing"
"The ladies at the front desk can be so mean to people that come in. My daughter is 4 and needed a doctor and they wouldnt even look at her or see her or anything they just said bad luck no appointments see ya later. I always have anxiety calling for appointments because of the tone of the ladies at the front desk. My doctor is wonderful and does an amazing job. But just as the public need to respect health workers they also need to be compassionate to sick patients"
