"Terrible customer service. Was given the wrong part number to purchase from a different Napa store as they had no stock. When it became apparent that the part number given was incorrect they made no apology, actually blamed the customer for the error and when I went to the store to refund the item I was told they couldn't help and then the guy literally walked away from the counter without any apology. So rude. We found correct item $100 cheaper elsewhere. What an absolute waste of our time dealing with them."
