"I did my 2 year old daughter's ear piercing here. The young girl Claudia was a pro and did it without panicking my baby. I was really worried about it before I went in there. I am glad it's over :) Although she cried for a few seconds, she is really happy with her new piercings."

"Purchased a tunnel that was advertised as 4mm, however it was 5mm. The woman initially refused to swap it, even though it was not my fault, it was not a change of mind, it was THEIR mistake. Conveniently, there apparently is NEVER management in store, and management would not answer the phone. I obviously am annoyed, and this girl comes at me with an attitude saying “I don’t know what you want me to do, I can’t exchange it because I will get in trouble, we don’t do exchanges or refunds but I can sell you a new one.” I understand you cannot do exchanges for change of mind, but when your store has falsely advertised and knowingly sold me the WRONG item (the girl admitted to knowing all the jewellery are mixed up and wrong sizes in the wrong containers) that can cause damage to my body, take some responsibility, and check the law. Her coworkers were more helpful and happily exchanged the jewellery for me. No attitude, no issues. I even apologised for my rudeness despite this situation not being my fault, but she still had an attitude. I will never shop here again, and I can assure you that I will be actively discouraging customers from a store who advertised lobe stretchers as 4mm, but has AT LEAST 3 different sizes in the 4mm section, and probably every other section."

"I took my daughter on short notice to get her first ear piercings here. Both ladies that worked there were nothing but lovely and professional, and the young girl that did the piercing explained everything to my daughter in terms she understood (she is 8 yrs) and to me as well. She took her time, made sure she had the locations for the piercings correct and didn't stop moving the mark on one ear until she was entirely happy. She asked me to approve as well. She was so patient and even asked if my daughter wanted them done one at a time or at the same time. She was fantastic, and I would definitely go back here again for piercings."

"I went in desperate for what is needed to recolour my hair as I've been rough camping around Tassie for the last 5 weeks and I had no gloves to complete the job. In QLD, where I normally buy my hair colour, you can buy pairs of gloves, but price cutters didn't sell gloves at all. The lovely man serving, offered me a pair from the hair salon. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful."

"Would not recommend this business. I went in to get my helix pierced and considering that it was $50 i was expecting a good value piercing. The older woman at the front desk was also very rude and came across very arrogant. I'm only 16 years old and after them asking if I was old enough to be unsupervised I told them I brought ID yet they didn't even ask to view it (which I think is unprofessional) anyways I filled out my forms and waited to get it done. The lady marked up my ear all ready to go and went to pierce it and I didn't even get to choose my piercing? I don't know if this is normal but I have quite a lot of piercing and every time I have ever gotten a piercing I've always gotten to choose the jewellery. I asked for a ring just as she was about to pierce my ear and she told me that it 'wasn't recommended for healing purposes' which I know was not true as I had done my research and every person I know who has their helix pierced recommended the ring as well. little did I know it was because they didn't have any proper rings for your ear. she didn't inform me of this and proceeded to pierce my ear with a SEPTUM ring. As you could imagine it keeps getting caught in everything including my hair so it clearly is not going to heal!!! so here I am 5 days later having to get my mother to FORCE a sleeper through my ear whilst I'm here bawling my eyes out in pain!! this is ridiculous and if you're thinking of getting a piercing "off ya tree" is way better quality and cheaper as well. so thanks price cutters!!!"
