"Awful service. It seemed that they have only vacuumed my carpet instead of actually cleaning it and I have paid the steam cleaning price. I paid the full amount upfront as I needed to go back to work. When I came home, I was very disappointed to see the carpet was not clean at all. Only the vacuum marks. I have called too many times but it seems my number was blocked and I have even emailed but no answer."

He was able to come the following weekend (today), and did a fantastic job putting fabric protection on the suite. He was so personable, and chatted amiably with my elderly mother. He gave us some excellent advice to protect the suite and we received outstanding customer service. Totally recommend and will get him back to do our carpets in the future as well!"
