The Tasman Community Swimming Pool is a public facility that is open outside of school hours, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience for all. We prioritize the safety of our visitors, and therefore, we recommend a maximum of 10 people in the pool at one time.

Our upcoming season will commence on Saturday, 12th November 2022, and will conclude on Friday, 21st April 2023. However, please note that the pool committee reserves the right to close the pool and cancel bookings if necessary for water quality maintenance or unforeseen facility repairs.

To access the pool, you have the option to make a season booking for $220, with a minimum requirement of 20 sessions. These season bookings are available for purchase exclusively from Friday, 4th November to Friday, 11th November 2022. After this period, casual bookings can be made at $16 per session.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing the current entry code for the pool. It is important to comply with insurance regulations, which state that the pool hirer (not individual swimmers) must hold a valid CPR qualification from an accredited course. The hirer must be present for each booked session. Please upload a copy of your CPR qualification via our website, and if you don't have an account, you can easily register one. Once your CPR qualification is verified, you will receive a notification and can proceed with your bookings.

Please be aware that the verification process for CPR certificates is not automatic and is handled by a small group of volunteer committee members. Therefore, it may take some time to receive a response. To avoid delays in making bookings, we recommend registering and uploading your CPR certificate at the beginning of the season.

According to the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, first aid skills can be renewed every three years. However, resuscitation skills from an accredited course, such as HLTAID009 (formerly HLTAID001) or HLTAID015 (formerly HLTAID007), must be renewed every 12 months. Therefore, it is essential for the hirer's CPR certificate to be within the valid date range when making a booking.
