"the technician rachel was wonderful, but the dentist I had was rude, lacked any sort of bed side manner, and made it a really awful experience. she seemed irriated by me even being there. She was annoyed that I didn't have my images from my xray at another dentist (they weren't given to me, and sorry I was prepared for my unplanned emergency dentist visit). I needed root canal and I wasn't able to have the small xray done intraorally and she said very rudely because I couldn't handle that, root canal was not even an option and the tooth needs to be removed because legally they can't perform root canal if I can't have the internal xray. this is just not true (my husband just got eoot canal and couldn't do the intraoral one abd the dentist just took a normal xray) and she was super pushy to have the tooth removed. she offered a brief root canal to alleviate pain until I decided if I wanted to remove the tooth or not (despite telling her multiple times that isn't an option). I required extra shots of local due to the swelling and infection and she was very rough and rude. at the end she said because I couldn't deal with the pain she wasn't able to complete the procedure, but charged me the full amount. Rachel (assistant) was very supportive throughout as I was laying in the chair with tears actively streaming down my face and crying due to the pain, while the dentist was just rough and not only rude to me, but to Rachel. the dentist finished and then shooed me out the door to pay, she didn't even talk yo me about after care or anything. absolutely awful dentist. I was also charged for the ray which I wasn't able to do. At my other dentist when the itnraoral one was attempted and I couldn't do it, I wasnt charged. The only reason I went to this dentist was due to the huge pain I was in and my choice of dentist is closed weekends, absolutely do not recommend pacific smiles dapto."

"On my first time here I arrived on time for my 10 am appointment and wasn't seen til 10:30, no explanation or apology for wait time. The receptionist girl wasn't warm or friendly. The dentist and his assistant were very nice and efficient. They were very good. I really recommend Dr Charlie Wang and his assistant, they were fantastic!! They made me very comfortable and answered all my questions. I have a young baby and it was a juggle to leave him with my husband who was working, so this was very frustrating. Second time here, sitting waiting as I write this, I arrived at 10:55 for my 11am appointment. It is now 11:15 and I'm still waiting. Again, had to leave baby with hubby who was working. When I arrived the shutters were across the door, seemingly showing dentist was closed. I rang the phone twice with no answer. I ended up calling out "hello" through the shutters and finally someone came out. Again, no apology for wait. There was no sign on shutters communicating what was happening. Really wasting time I don't have waiting around. Still waiting.. I understand things sometimes run late, but if that was communicated, I could do one of the many things I needed to do in the centre during that time."
