"Come at 3.30 pm for something we need to go physically and lady told that it’s too busy you might have to come another time. Seriously? That’s your answer to customer. I came 30 minutes earlier than closing time. Most of the time people come to bank with something that they can’t do online or at home. Can’t even deserve 1 star. Shameful ."
"Customer service personnel Name KATHIE is very rude and unprofessional, may be I was with different skin colour But I had never expected such rude behaviour from an Comm Bank employee. Disappointed"
"I can not always get to a bank in all the time I have been with the bank they ( have only rang tree times )NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE AND THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL RING BACK BUT IT IS ALWAYS HOURS LATER IF I GO IN YOU HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG IF DONT WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER THEN JUST SAY SO THERE ARE OTHER BANKS THE BANK MAKES A LOT OF MONEY OUT OF ITS CUSTOMERS WE DESERVE BETTER"
"today, I think I just met the same staff too, she is so rude. The terrible rude attitude and inappropriate behaviour (not a good solution to my problem.) is the bank's system mistake and not my fault, she said it's my fault. so It make me angry. I used commonwealth nearly 9 years, I've never been treated like this before. Commonwealth bank really have to look into it."
"This does not apply to all staff members. It was a busy afternoon and they only had 2 attendants at the transaction counter. The coin machine is busted and when it got to my turn after queueing up for 40 minutes, the lady at the counter gave one look at me, didnt say anything and went to help her other colleague count the money. No explanation or apology. I wasted my time waiting for my turn and left. Management could actually put 1 or 2 more members when it gets busy. I miss the UTAS branch, the staff members who were from that branch were brilliant."
