"Do not buy from this business take your money elsewhere. I have been buying from this business for almost 3 years now and have almost every item in the store so I am familiar with the quality. Today I received my Santa sacks for my 2 children and the quality is so poor. I contacted the new owner who bought this business and they basically argued with me and told me others were happy with theirs and told me to burn the frayed edges WHAT? Then went onto bag then previous owner about why theirs were better because they were made in China. It’s so disappointing to see that this person will run this business into the ground with their poor attitude and poor customer service. It was the poor attitude and excuses that really lost my business. It’s so disappointing when you want to support small business and they act like this."
