"You don't even deserve 1 star. Shame on you. I attempted to donate freshly laundered, unstained, goof quality linen items today, along with 2 men's suites and RM Williams clothing. The female on the door looked at 1 mattress protector (inside a see through bag) and without even opening the bag said "we can't take this, it's pulled". It wasn't, the clear plastic on the bag was crinkled. I have now taken all items to another op shop who gladly accepted aeverything, stating how happy they were to receive them. Shame on you Anglicare, you are too selective in who you turn away and therefore, limiting those who genuinely need assistance. I will never attempt to support you again, either by donations or shopping at your stores."
