"Having one vet on in an emergency hospital is unbelievable on a Sunday. My dog was very ill and I was told she wasn’t a priority and other cases were more important. While I understand this ,it is not good enough in my opinion and being told by the vet there could be hours wait and my dog could be pushed back in line because basically she was dying. Staff were great at reception and very helpful. The vet however didn’t seem to care."
"Dr Trishul was the most kind and lovely vet we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with after our dog had an orthopaedic surgery! I am so grateful she was under his care, as he had all of her best interests."
"So grateful this service exists 24/7 (and also very grateful for pet insurance!!). We had to take our elderly giant breed dog in on a Saturday afternoon with complications from a recent surgery. They saw us very quickly, he received excellent care and was back with us that night. Dr Brosnan took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly and all the reception staff were so kind and helpful. I don’t know what we would have done if we had to wait until our regular vet opened again, very fortunate to be able to access this level of care at any time. Thank you!"
"I took my cat Crookshanks here when he had an extremely low red blood cell count and he needed a blood transfusion urgently. As my bad luck would have it, my cat was the more uncommon blood type (B), and the vets worked hard to find him a donor. It ended up being one of the staff who brought in their cat who was a match for my little man and we managed to get the blood transfusion done in the middle on the night. The staff dealt with me being a crying blubbering mess and were so kind and patient with me. They're the reason I still have my little guy and without them he would have passed away several months ago. He has such amazing quality of life now and I'm just so grateful to the staff here for working so hard to help us. We still haven't figured out the cause of his illness but he's happy and comfortable."
"My MiL had to take her dog here recently, and was blown away by the friendly, empathetic and professional service. Luckily all ended well, and the peace of mind provided by the team was invaluable when all other vets are closed. Thank you so much!"
