"Worst service ever! Very disappointed . My Aunty ordered flowers on Friday morning at 8am to be delivered for a special occasion on Saturday . Saturday no flowers turned up so my Aunty rang Monday to find out why they were not delivered? Apparently they had just been forgotten. Then when Aunty asked for a refund as the service of flowers and delivery was not met she was treated with rudness not even an apology for the non delivery. ITS A Shame when you recommend someone and they bitterly disappoint. SAD it used to be an awesome florist with both beautiful flowers and service. We won't be using this Florist ever again or our friends who used too as well . Appalled with the whole experience that was meant to be a happy one."

Tried to phone this afternoon... no answer. $85 Inc delivery, worth of flowers which were the equivalent in of $20 at Woolworths. They have now blocked me on messenger and an employee has left me a message to go to Easy Flowers...Bad Customer service"
