"Purchased some yo-yo loaches the other day here, they were nearly killed by the worker getting them out. It took over 10 minutes to get two fish and in the process the guy was scooping up the gravel with one of the fish trapped underneath, this happened multiple times and it was how he caught the last one. Fortunately the poor thing recovered and seems to being okay but you cant allow a worker to scoop fish out in a net full of gravel like it's ice-cream."

"I’ve been a loyal customer for years, I wanted to support a local Tasmanian business. Just purchased my usual order in store and noticed the price had gone up nearly $20 a bag, when at the checkout I was asked if I wanted to join the new membership program. I said no. Then told I could save $17 on my purchase if I did... No Thanks!! Quick search online and I can save that $17 with free delivery. You just lost a customer."
