"I took a packet of Greenies to the counter after taking from the display and was told that the price was totally different to the one advertised where the product was displayed. I did question this but was bluntly told, not that's not the right price, I don't know why that price is there. Upon request that the advertised price be honoured, I was bluntly refused. I walked out of the store and will not be returning. Disgusting customer service."
"Not happy with the grooming today, asked several times to leave hair around 1,5 cm or longer but my puppy was shaved completely and not accurate (his belly has some long hairs partially). I was told to come back in 2 hrs but it took more than 3 hrs."
